Spa Party/Group Contract Agreement & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Sown Studios for your special event. We look forward to helping ensure your visit is as relaxing as possible.
Step 1: Please review and complete the event information form link below which will guide you through the booking process, and provide us with all the information needed to make your day extraordinary.
Step 2: Upon completion of the event information form link, submit the signed PDF agreement via email to
team@thsownstudios.com or drop it off at the spa.
Once received, the requested date and times for your event will be checked for availability and we will email you a proposed event schedule.
Step 3: Within 72 hours, we ask that you confirm the schedule, propose any changes and submit the deposit. If we do not hear back from you within this timeframe, the time slots reserved for you will be released.
Note: The deposit percentage is determined based off many factors, including the date, number of attendees, and location. This amount is deteremined throughout the booking process.
Please review the contract carefully and complete all sections (as applicable).
Please understand that we are unable to reserve appointments until we have received the following:
Completed Event Information Form
Signed Spa Party /Group Contract Agreement
Non-Refundable Event Deposit
